Archana Ranganathan

Archana Ranganathan

Archana Ranganathan brings over 15 years of experience in the education sector with a professional journey spanning early childhood education to higher education. Her extensive engagement with students, parents, educators, institutional leaders, and professionals has shaped Igloo English Hub into a purpose-driven and globally relevant organisation.

Her academic foundation includes a background in Computer Science, a Master’s degree in Education Administration and Human Resources, professional qualifications in Phonics (UK), and Child Psychology (UK). She is also a graduate of Oxford University, having completed the Women’s Leadership Development Programme at Saïd Business School.

Through mentorship and leadership, Archana actively supportsentrepreneurs, educators, institutions, and women professionals creating pathways for growth, influence, and lifelong learning. Her vision continues to impact an expanding global community through strategic partnerships, academic contributions, and educational innovation.

Our Team

Igloo English Hub is supported by a dynamic team of 25+ expert trainers, guided by a dedicated Learning & Development team. Together, they design and deliver high-quality training and mentoring programmes aligned with global standards.

The team has authored and published over 40 educational books (paperback and e-books), widely adopted by schools, and continues to create innovative, engaging, and research-backed learning content for diverse audiences.
